Issues & Trends Analysis
We bring a sophisticated, diverse set of lenses to
understanding your business and the relevant issues and
opportunities. Our research, network
and Faculty give us relationships and insight to key opinion-leaders
and influencers around the world. We put meaningful stakeholder
engagement at the heart of constructive issue management.
What We Do
We help to scope and prioritise corporate
responsibility issues for your business, or explore a particular issue.
In each instance, our approach is along the following lines:
Undertake research and interviews within your business or organisation to
understand perceptions of relevant issue(s), their current management
and likely escalation (best and worse case), and the quality of related
stakeholder engagement.
Contextualise your approach by providing relevant case studies of
similar issues and how they may have been managed by other companies or organisations..
Map and prioritise key stakeholders for the issue and likely
dynamics with regard to its evolution. Ideally, we undertake interviews
to understand perceptions accurately and appetite for engagement.
The above inputs help us clearly appraise the strengths and
weaknesses of your current approach, and work with you to develop a
strategy for effective management and engagement on the issue.
