SustainAbility RSS Feeds
SustainAbility now offers RSS feeds (known as channels) for most of its website sections and resources.
Feeds offer an easy way to keep up with what's new at SustainAbility. They automatically update as content is added.
What is RSS?
RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is an
increasing popular way to help keep you updated automatically on
websites you are interested in. Instead of you having to go to websites
to see if there is a new article or page you may be interested in, you
can use RSS to be notified of new content.
Signing up to RSS
In general you will need a program called a News Reader. This displays
information from your chosen RSS feeds on your computer. Some new
internet browsers also have this feature built in.
All you then need to do is to choose which RSS feeds you want to use
and store these in your News Reader, as you would favourite pages on an
internet browser.
How to get a News Reader?
There are lots different News Readers available for different computers and operating systems. Here is a page on Google listing a selection of News Readers.
How can I sign up to RSS feeds from SustainAbility?
Go to the RSS Feeds section and select the feed. Choosing a feed is
normally as simple as clicking on the RSS / XML link, copying the text
in the address bar, and placing this in your News Reader programme.
Most news reader programmes have more detailed instructions.
