Our governance provides us with challenge and assurance to deliver against this mission and vision.
Rules of Engagement frame all our work under the day-to-day management of our Executive Team.
Our Board ensures the viability of the business through strategic direction and oversight. The Board currently has two Non-Executive Directors drawn from business and civil society.
Where appropriate, we consult with the SustainAbility Faculty to test our thinking, priorities and performance.
Unlike the Board and Executive Team, the Faculty plays a purely advisory role, with no legal responsibilities. Formed on 1 January 1996, its purpose is to challenge our priorities, advise on major strategic or ethical issues, and act as guardians of our company values.
